  Help Center reorganized into six topics

  Questions are now grouped the way you work: getting started, virtual employees and teams, chat and reports, workflows, account and credits, and developers and integrations. Search moved to the top, and every answer was rewritten for the current product.

  This page lists what changed in each release. You can reach it from the footer, the Help Center and the account menu.

• Account, plans & credits

  Credit deduction copy no longer shows the formula

  The organization billing tab and the pricing FAQ now describe deductions by model and actual usage. Members of an organization's shared credit pool no longer see vendor USD spend on the usage page; it shows the pool notice and per-model usage instead.

• Virtual employees & teams

  Virtual employees can use a decision model

  Virtual employees and teams can assign a decision model to handle judgement and routing, with a platform default set in the admin console. Team runs now show how likely each member is to be picked.

• Account, plans & credits

  Out-of-credits notice for organization pools

  When your organization's shared credit pool runs out, you no longer see personal top-up packs. Instead you're asked to contact your organization admin, and admins get a direct link to organization billing.

• Account, plans & credits

  Prepaid organization credits can continue as postpaid

  Platform admins can choose "stop when used up" or "continue as postpaid" for a prepaid contract. With postpaid, service continues after the pool runs out and the overage is billed on the monthly statement; the billing page shows overage awaiting invoice.

  Business templates are easier to find

  The workflow Templates tab now lists business templates first, with design patterns below. When creating a workflow, the business templates entry is shown as a highlighted banner.
